Having grown up in Ocean City and Delaware Beaches, serving in the Marine Corps, and working in the building industry for over 20 years, I understand the value of hard work and dedication. I even built my own home in Bethany Beach, where some of my family’s most cherished memories were made.
However, owning a beach property came with constant maintenance and challenges. The commitment led to countless miles traveled and hours spent driving back and forth from North Bethesda to Bethany. Through my own experience – and hearing the same struggles from friends and neighbors – I realized the need for a better solution to monitor beach properties from afar.
